you asked for concerning our cottage in Maggie Valley, North
Carolina!
Our cottage is located 25 minutes from Asheville and
Cherokee and the New Harrah's Casino! We are 1 mile from the main attractions
in Maggie Valley. We
are fully furnished with all kitchen appliances, washer and dryer and linens,
etc. All you need to bring is your personal items and food. All of the TV's
have cable. We have a
living room with a couch, love seat, a TV with remote control.
One bedroom downstairs has a queen size bed and a TV with remote. Upstairs are
2 queen size beds. We have a yard swing. There
is a brook at the end of our street and one across the street. You can go
hiking or walking by the brook. There is trout fishing down the road, gem
mining, lots of shops and great places to eat. You can go ride the Great Smokey
Mountain Mountain Railroad at Dillsboro which is about 35 minutes away, it's
really a neat adventure for adults and kids alike. There's white water rafting
if you are adventurous! There are several Diner Theaters Located In Maggie Valley.
There is a great Selection Of Restaurants To Choose From. Joey's Pancake House is well known with a line to get in the door. The Stomping Grounds features square dance entertainment for the whole family. There is an excellent Mexican Restaurant with great food and prices. The Biltmore Estate is 25 minutes away and is awesome! DollyWood in Pigeon Forge Tennessee is an easy drive to spend the day. Gatlinburg Tennessee is also close by! In the winter Cataloochee Ski Resort is 1 mile away for skiing. Horse back riding is available in the summer. You won't run out of things to do......or you can just kick back and relax! We have a great and special getaway! THIS IS OUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME!! We like for it to be comfortable for us, so we can have it nice for you! We are open year round.
RATES
Our
rates are:
$100 per night with a 2 night minimum (Sunday through
Thursday)
$250 for a weekend (Friday Noon to Sunday Noon)
Our
best rate:
$595 for a full week (Friday Noon To Friday Noon)
Please add $65.00 for the cleaning fee to all rates.
We require 1/2
the total as a deposit to confirm the reservations and the balance is due 2
weeks prior to occupancy so we can get you the keys. If you have questions
please call us at 919-920-8989. We book fast at this time of the year, so don't
hesitate.
